On 8th February, Aayoosh was doing what thousands of children across Uttar Pradesh love to do, flying a kite from his terrace.
He is just 9 years old. The sky was wide. The wind was strong. His kite was rising higher and higher. For a child, those moments feel like victory. Like freedom. But one small step backward changed everything.
In a tragic accident, Aayoosh lost his balance and fell from the roof of his home. By the time his family reached him, he was unconscious. That afternoon did not end with laughter. It ended in an ambulance.

Aayoosh was rushed to the hospital immediately. Doctors confirmed a severe head injury along with septic shock complications.
He was shifted to the ICU.
He was placed on ventilator support.
His parents watched as machines began breathing for their only child.
He has already undergone a painful brain surgery in an attempt to save his life. But the danger is not over. He remains critical and continues to require ICU care, medicines, monitoring, and advanced treatment.
Right now, he is still fighting.

Aayoosh is the only child of Nand Kishore and his wife.
His father works as a daily wage labourer at construction sites. There is no fixed salary. No guaranteed income. Some days there is work. Some days there is none. Whatever he earns goes toward food, rent, and basic needs. There were no savings set aside for emergencies. Like many hardworking families, they lived day to day.
Now, the estimated treatment cost has reached approximately ₹7,86,000. ICU stay with ventilator support, surgery, medicines, pathology, and hospital charges continue to increase as days pass. For a man who struggles to earn even a few hundred rupees a day, this amount feels impossible.

In the past few days, Aayoosh’s parents have sold their wedding jewellery. The only gold his mother owned. The only savings they had. But even that was not enough.
They sit outside the ICU doors every day. They watch nurses move in and out. They wait for doctors to say one reassuring sentence. He is their only child. Their entire world is inside that ICU room.
Despite brain surgery, Aayoosh is still under ventilator support. Doctors are trying everything possible. But ICU care and post-surgery monitoring are expensive and urgent.
Delays in treatment are not an option. Every additional day in ICU increases the cost, but also increases his chance of survival. His father has no more assets left to sell. There are no relatives wealthy enough to help.
There is only hope.

Aayoosh did not take risks. He did not do anything reckless. He was simply being a child. One misstep should not decide the rest of his life.
Right now, he needs medical support to survive and recover fully.
His father cannot do this alone.
His mother cannot save him with prayers alone.
He needs help beyond his family.
This is not just a hospital bill. This is a father trying to save his only son.
This is a mother waiting outside an ICU, counting every breath her child takes through a machine. This is a 9-year-old boy who deserves to return home, return to school, and return to the terrace not to fly kites, but to simply live.
Aayoosh is still fighting. With timely support, he can survive this. Please stand with Mast Aayoosh and his family in this critical time.
Because sometimes, saving a life begins with choosing not to look away.
