One Moment Changed His Entire Life

Amarnath is 58 years old. He is a husband, a son, and most importantly, a father to two young daughters, one around 12 years old and the other even younger.

His family lives in a small hut by the roadside. Under that small roof live Amarnath, his wife, his elderly mother, and their two little girls. They never had much, but somehow, they managed to survive together.

A Loader Hit Him and He Fell Into a Deep Drain

Some time ago, Amarnath was returning from work on his bicycle when a loader vehicle hit him from behind.

He lost his balance and fell into a deep roadside drain. The fall was so severe that he suffered serious injuries and was left unconscious.

People nearby found him lying there and used his phone to contact his wife. When she received the call, she rushed to him with the help of neighbours.

But there was one heartbreaking problem.

They did not have enough money to get him the treatment he urgently needed.

His Family Borrowed Everything They Could

Amarnath was first taken for basic treatment. After that, his family somehow managed to borrow money and get him admitted for further medical care.

They have already spent approximately ₹50,000 to ₹60,000, most of it borrowed from others.

But despite everything they spent, Amarnath still needs major treatment.

He Has Serious Fractures and a Brain Injury

According to the medical documents, Amarnath has suffered comminuted fractures in both bones of his left upper limb. He has also suffered a traumatic brain injury with intracranial hemorrhage, closed head injury, and cerebral contusion.

Doctors have advised hospitalization and ORIF surgery with plating or implant for his hand fractures, along with treatment for his head injury under neurosurgical and orthopedic care.

His treatment may also require ICU care with ventilator support.

The estimated cost of his complete treatment is approximately ₹8,00,000.

For his family, this amount is impossible to arrange alone.

His Two Daughters Are Still Waiting for Their Father

While Amarnath lies injured and helpless, his two young daughters are still waiting for their father.

They are too young to understand the seriousness of his condition. They only know that their father went out one day and did not come home the same.

His wife now has to worry about everything at once. Her husband's treatment. Her two daughters' future. Her mother in law. Food for the family. And the fear of what will happen if Amarnath does not recover.

The family was already living with very little.
