“My name is Tafsir. I am very good at studies.”
These are the words of a 15 year old boy who should be worrying about homework, cricket, and school friends. Instead, Tafsir worries about something no child should ever think about.
Tafsir is suffering from Lower Lip Hemangioma, an abnormal growth of blood vessels that has slowly taken over his lower lip since early childhood. What began as a small swelling has now grown larger, deeper, and more dangerous.
It is not cancer. But it is not harmless.

The swelling on Tafsir’s lower lip is red and bluish in color. It has increased in size over time and now involves deep tissues of his lip.
Because of this condition:
Children stare. Some avoid him. Some laugh.
Tafsir does not go to school regularly. He stays at home.
Not because he is weak in studies.
But because the world has not been kind.

Despite everything, Tafsir says he is good at studies.
And he is.
He wants to learn.
He wants to sit in a classroom.
He wants to be seen for his intelligence, not his condition.
But the swelling on his lip makes eating painful and speaking difficult. His confidence is slowly shrinking as the hemangioma grows.

Tafsir’s father works as a gardener, earning daily wages in fields whenever work is available. Some days there is work. Many days there is not.
His mother is a housewife.
There are no savings.
No financial backup.
No land.
No support system.
Medical treatment was attempted, but it was not effective. Doctors have now advised multiple staged surgical procedures to remove the hemangioma carefully.
Because:
This is not a simple operation.
It requires planning, expertise, and multiple procedures.
And it requires money.
Money they do not have.

If left untreated, the hemangioma can:
This is not just about cosmetic correction.
This is about restoring a child’s ability to eat, speak, smile, and live without fear.
He is just 15 years old.
At this age, he should be building dreams.
Not hiding his face.
He should be raising his hand in class.
Not covering his mouth.
He should be laughing freely.
Not worrying about bleeding.
Tafsir’s treatment requires staged surgical excision under expert supervision. Without financial support, this surgery cannot happen.
Your donation can:
This is not just surgery.
This is dignity.
This is childhood.
This is a future.
Tafsir did not choose this condition.
He did not choose poverty.
He did not choose isolation.
But together, we can choose to stand with him.
Please donate.
Please share his story.
Please help Tafsir return to school with his head held high.
Sometimes, saving a life does not mean stopping a heartbeat.
It means saving a child’s smile before it disappears.
Stand with Tafsir.
