My daughter, Manta, is a bright, spirited 13-year-old with full of dreams. But today, those dreams are overshadowed by a painful medical condition that has taken a toll not only on her health but on her spirit. Manta has been diagnosed with a ‘Large Cystic Lesion of the Left Maxilla,’ a severe tumor in her mouth that started as a small wart but quickly grew into something far more serious. It causes her constant pain and makes eating nearly impossible, stripping away the simple joys of childhood.

I, Her father, Mr. Agnesh Kumar Patil, gone to many hospitals across Chhattisgarh, hoping for a cure. Doctors say surgery is essential, but the cost—about 8 lakh rupees—is far beyond our reach. As daily wage earners from Kabeerdham, Baijalpur, we have no savings to afford this expensive treatment.

 

This illness has hurt her in ways we never imagined. Manta had to leave school because other children mocked her and kept their distance, making her feel ashamed and alone. She no longer plays or smiles like she used to, and her confidence has faded as she faces daily rejection and pain.

As her Parents, watching her spirit and health fade breaks our hearts. We want nothing more than for her to live free from pain and stigma, to return to school with confidence, and to chase her dreams like any other child. But we cannot do this alone. With your kind support, Manta can receive the treatment she desperately needs. Your donation, no matter the size, will bring us closer to restoring her health, her hope, and her future.
