My daughter, Manta, is a bright, spirited 13-year-old with full of dreams. Manta has been diagnosed with a ‘Large Cystic Lesion of the Left Maxilla,’ a severe tumor in her mouth that started as a small wart but quickly grew into something far more serious. It causes her constant pain and makes eating nearly impossible, stripping away the simple joys of childhood.

I, Her father, Mr. Agnesh Kumar Patil, gone to many hospitals across Chhattisgarh, hoping for a cure. Doctors say surgery is essential, but the cost—about 8 lakh rupees—is far beyond our reach. As daily wage earners from Kabeerdham, Baijalpur, we have no savings to afford this expensive treatment.
